What information do you need to book a listing shoot?
Have the address, property type, approximate square footage, preferred date and desired photo/video package ready. Mention any access instructions and extras in the existing property inquiry panel.
How should I prepare the property?
Before the appointment, tidy visible surfaces, turn on working lights and arrange access to the rooms you want photographed. If a room or feature is especially important to the listing, include it in your notes.
How soon will the work be delivered?
The Photo Essentials package above lists next-day delivery. Confirm scheduling for video, larger properties and selected extras when requesting the shoot; do not assume one delivery schedule covers every package.
Do the packages include aerial work?
Aerial coverage is listed in the Super Showcase package and the booking extras. Choose the package or extra you need and discuss the property and planned coverage when booking.
Is the inquiry panel a confirmed appointment?
The panel opens an email containing your request. Send that email to Interval Studios so timing and the shoot can be confirmed. Opening the panel alone does not reserve a time.
